I will never work with anyone else. Some realtors have given the good ones a bad name.. “oh that’s just a realtor trying to make money” never once did I ever feel like Mrs Theata was solely trying To make a sale out of me. She was getting one either way, but she ALWAYS had my best interest in mind FIRST before any dollar sign. And that’s genuine. Working with her you can’t and won’t go wrong. She is the sweetest but if she also has to fight for you.. she w. 5 stars really isn’t enough for her but it’s the highest she can get on here.
